What Is the President's Award?

The President's Award honors Ford dealers who commit to customer satisfaction and work ethic. Dealerships that embody the Award's core values of work, honesty, and passion are eligible candidates to receive the President's Award. To earn this honor, dealerships must receive high ratings in several categories, including customer service and sales, two critical components of automotive retail.

Unlike many awards, the President's Award stands out because there aren't traditional, formal judges calling the shots. Instead, it's you – our customers. Customers are asked to rate each dealership with a thorough survey. Their candid answers, which rate dealerships based on their customer service and sales, eventually determine the car dealerships in the United States eligible to receive the President's Award. Nationwide, only 345 out of over 5,000 different dealerships receive the honors of a President's Award.
