Trim Levels
Choose the base model for an already decently equipped adventuring SUV, or move up through the Big Bend, Outer Banks, Badlands, and First Edition to find a 2021 Ford Bronco Sport outfitted with the gear you're most excited about. This all-new model from the Ford family pays homage to its off-roading heritage with its round headlamps and utilitarian body shape. Properly equipped, the Bronco Sport has a ground clearance of 8.8 inches, giving it great approach and departure angles. The roof rack can be configured to hold up to a 600-pound static load, allowing you to turn it into an elevated campsite or load up all of your adventuring gear.
Engine
The 2021 Bronco Sport's starting engine is a 1.5-liter turbocharged three-cylinder engine that produces 181 horsepower and 190 pound-feet of torque. For more power, upgrade to the Badlands trim, which introduces the 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that delivers 245 horsepower and 275 pound-feet of torque. Both of these engines are matched with an eight-speed automatic transmission.
